My matted prints typically come in either black or off-white mats. I am happy to work with
you or your designer to match your decor.
My notecards are handmade, with a photograph sealed into notecard stock. Because of this,
large runs of the same card are not typically done, and discounts usually aren't available.
However, if you are looking for an image printed directly onto notecard stock (thus not as
suitable for framing) arrangements can be made, and costs will reflect available options at
the time and the size of the print run.
Licensing of images is available, depending on the proposed usage. Pricing is based on
market trends at the time of licensing.
Am an an artist rather than a professional photographer. I do, occassionally, photograph
specific orchids for people; but I do the photography based on the image I see. If the
subject is one that interests me, where I see something I want to capture, I will often
take photographs for free, and only charge for prints that the person wants. All images
remain my property, with full rights to use as I deem appropriate.
I occassionally get requests to do portraits, or other photographs of people. Please
remember, I photograph a lot of bugs. If you want to come out looking like an insect, I
may be the perfect photographer for you. I have captured some wonderful candid portraits,
and candid is the only way I enjoy photographing people. I can't say what it is in a face
that makes me want to photograph it; but when I see it the desire to capture it can be
overwhelming, otherwise I shy away for pointing my camera at people.
