There are white orbs behind the blue and red  plasma.  The blue and red plasma  has an eerie appearance of two figures watching the raccoons.  The two figures are apparitions.  During my search for another similar apparition, I did find one other on a site, but I am sad to say the site is not there anymore.  Not only was their apparition the same color but there also was the bright white light to the left of the picture.  On the ghost hunting sites, you will see that this bright haze is ectoplasm.  One of the best sites I have found on ghosts and EVP is The G.I.S.  G.I.S. is a non-profit organization.
