This is the second picture Rob took.  He said he took the pictures through his window and he believed the black dots are specs on the window.  At this point and time, he was not aware of having taken any pictures of UFOs.  Australia has been having weird weather like the rest of the world.   Strange how the window is clean in the first picture and now in the second are these black specks.

Below is an e-mail Rob received from a friend.  I believe it may just hit the nail on the head.

You have finally described the chemtrail spraying going on all over. The rippled effect is when Elf or HAARP is applied. When the sky has that pinkish/purple color it means they are spraying Bariun they also have tested and found particles of Aluminum and cob webs with red blood cells.
Many of us are involved in researching this- plants, animals and human's are becoming sick. People are having more sinus problems, allergies, trouble breathing, headaches, nose bleeds, being tired, dizzy and not being able to think right.
Animals are getting leisons on them and many are dying.
Also many UFO's are showing up in and around the trails we can'r figure if they are in a way helping or just observing.
If I find out I will keep you posted and keep looking up.
