This is a daytime Spirit Energy Light.  They are very rare to photo capture in daylight.  This one seems to be trying to manifest or in the beginning stage of manifesting.  They can appear in color or in white.

I decided to make a negative from the above photo for examination.  Below the negative are zoomed cropped pics of the above picture.
