Timothy Basil Erning
Erning illustrated The Diary of Victor Frankenstein in 1997, authored by Steven R. Cooper. It is more of an artists book/scrapbook/journal with letters, receipts, stamps, etc. and is not Mary Shelley's novel illustrated. The drawings are in a classical style of anatomical studies and sketches over hand-scripted print lettering. It is likely inspired by the papers Victor left in his coat pocket detailing his studies and hints of domestic events that his creation later found. I think their was also an edition with a red leather cover and I am not sure if there are objects included in the pages or if they are just printed on the pages
