It will run on any Mac with MacOS X, OpenGL and Quicktime installed (if you're not sure, you probably have OpenGL and Quicktime installed - they are installed by default with MacOS X). In addition, a version that will run on an iPod with iPodLinux installed is available here.
Forcelink is available here (works on PPC or Intel macs) and here for windows. A manual is included with the mac version. The windows version is relatively untested, and is known to have bugs.
