MERRY CHRISTMAS!!! Last night I went to Rochester for Christmas Eve
where Dan and Zach (the other two kids who own OrangeToad with me)
where we made our annual future site plans. So if you are eager to
know, first we discussed how we wanted to expand the site from SFDL
to other parks and even a funny picture/movie section. Then we opened
gifts, and our uncle, the rich one who bought my computer, gave me
a new digital camera for OT! It is a Kodak DX3215. I am already now
to go to SFDL and get some winter shots. Then Dan got a USB to Video
wire ($100 bucks) which gave us ideas for video and some picture stuff
that will add to the site. Zach got a dart board :)! Anyway, we will
be doing lots of updates over the next days. Just for some more knowledge,
this week our register.com account expires!!! No more banners at the
bottom of the page. I have to find another host, and there might be
a couple day period some time this week where the site will be down
until I get the new host working! One more thing, new link added to
Links page.

Debut of "To The Drawing Board"
was yesterday, but didn't have time to update it, so here it is!!!
No new SFDL news. Today I will be updating a couple things, anything
I can get my hands on. I think I will try doing some of the RCT
page, which I am sure some of you guys wanna see! Almost Christmas!!!
Wahoo!!! Tomarrow is my last day of school for a week, so the next
couple days expect some new fun stuff that I'm working on for the
page. Also Christmas Day, check back for something special, I hope.
Christmas Eve, excpect some huge site updates and plans. That is when
I meet, with my 2 cousins who work on OrangeToad (but not in a couple
months). Last year on Christmas Eve was when we designed the OrangeToad
logo in the corner, as well as set up some other crap.

The countdown to Christmas!!! Just can't wait!!! Anyway in the news,
there is an unofficial announcement that Shipwreck Falls will be roughly
50 feet, meaning it's a typical size, and isn't going to be a massive
or unique Shoot-the-Chutes ride for the much needed SFDL :( . Sorry
to burst all of your bubbles, but there is still a possibility that
they will expand it bigger before the season, and remeber, this is
an Unofficial Announcement, no guarentees. Check out the 2002
Season for more info. One other thing, if you have been annoyed
opening photos and stuff, well I changed today so the photo's pop-up
in a new window. Hope this advances our site better to meet the publics
needs. Tell me in the forums
if you have any other suggestions. Speaking about forums, I will be
getting a new forums again! Then you won't have to log on each time
you enter them, so you can post as you wish, and it should save your
account on it. Oh, one more thing, "To the Drawing Board"

I uploaded 8 more Superman Photo's for for the album and should be
getting a couple more for the other rides soon. Check them out in
the Photo Album. The bug on the Link
Exchange I am still working on, but should be up any day now,
so sorry if your trying to contact me through there. If you find any
other bugs please tell me, because this new layout is only 15 days

added the Random Coaster thing on the left side bar, so look at it
and tell me what you think. I still have to shape it up and I'm still
not sure if I want to keep it their or not. Once I situate it, then
I will put it on every page (maybe). Tell me what you think! One more
thing, I have the 2002 Schedule up on a new side bar section !!! Yes,
we are one of the first to have the 2002 schedule!!! Check it out

I uploaded the Season PassRenewal Letter as well as a lot of other
stuff. I will be getting lots of construction photos every so often,
and hope to get my first bunch any day after Christmas! I still hope
that the Photo Album page will be up
by this weekend, so thanks for your patience there.

Season Pass Renewel Letters are in...and here at OrangeToad, we have
the greatest guide on the net! So what is in store... Shipwreck Falls,
the newest Shoot-the-Chutes Water Ride! Other rides are still unannounced,
but don't be down. The official announcement is still yet to come.
We can still keep out hopes up for are Upcharge, Lazy River, and Water
Slides. Well you cans start will the Season Pass Renewel Letter info
in the 2002 Season section!

Sorry I haven't updated in the last couple days, I have been extremely
busy and haven't been at home all weekend, with out my computer! I've
been with my sister b/c my parents went to Hawaii! Wahoo party! Anyway,
you can see some funny pictures I left for them when they are there
on the side bar by clicking 'Photo Album'.
Incase you are confused, there use to be SFDL pics under there, but
I accidently wrote them over with the retarded Hawaii pics with out
'Save As...'ing the pics. Anyway sorry, the real pics will be up sometime
this week! Other news, still no SFDL season renewel letter! I guess
that got delayed 2 weeks because of some glitch they made. It figures
:). No real other news. All of the News/Rumors
example pics should be loaded, incase if they weren't working for
you before.

Well, I haven't had much time lately to work on anything major, but
this weekend, I am expecting an official announcement. Supposively
I have also heard an unconfirmed report about us finally getting are
Shoot de Chute. It is supposively to be called Shipwreck Falls. It
figures, this is the least original name by Six Flags. Anyway, this
was reported at local schools and in some newspaper supposively. Quote
from Forum : "I have heard from friends that work at the park
over the weekend and there have also been papers at local schools
to go to SFDL this year to ride the new Shipwreck Falls......."
I will have the official announcement posted as soon as I get it becomes
avaliable to me!

More site fixes, I think it's almost all good. I have to finish the

Still no SFDL season renewel letters today, so they better be here
tomarrow. You'll have to check out OrangeToad for the official announcement

All side links should now work but the "To the Drawing Board"
is underconstruction and will make its day view on December 8th. Right
now, the OrangeToad Newsletter doesn't work yet so be patient well
I fix that and on the Link Exchange page, the submit a link doesn't
work for some reason yet. Be patient well I also fix that. I'll announce
each thing as it gets fixed. In other news, Arrow Dynamics announced
that they are laying off a great deal of their workers :( . This is
bad for every business now, including SFDL because this is one of
the major roller coaster distributers for the park. For now, the company
is moving to a smaller place and will be for now only distributing
coaster parts for coasters. No full new coasters by Arrow for now,
maybe by next year when the economy is up!

Hey all of the links on the side bar should be up now, so check out
anything you need. Don't forget all of the pages are not totally done,
so expect more on each page! Also, last night and today, I was working
on 2 store! The one OrangeToad E-Store I had on the old page, but
wasn't completed well. Now that's up and you can get OrangeToad merchandise.
On the other E-Store however...It'll be a store where you can buy
shirts, sweatshirts, mugs, mousepads, etc with a theme of any coaster
that you want on it!!! If you like Superman : Ride of Steel, you'll
be able to submit the photo you like, or see pre made ones already.
It'll say Six Flags Darien Lake on it as well as the coaster and name,
and if you want, it can have the specs of it written on. It's all
up to you!!! For now, if your interested, email me your design or
what you want at [email protected]. Right
now, the store isn't totally up, so tell me what you want early. The
store is expected to be up some time this week! All links up now,

WELCOME TO THE ALL NEW FEEL TO ORANGETOAD! Here we are, the new site
layout!!! Tell me what you think about it in the Forums.
Here we go, I hope you are all pumped up for an all new energetic
site, where you will be able to expierence more and more new stuff
everyday. This is a big day for SFDL, today, season pass renewels
letters will be sent out, and on them will be the official announcement!
Pages will be updated with all of the info and details as it becomes
avaliable. Stay tuned with OrangeToad daily, we will be updating tons
of stuff. Today and tomarrow, I plan on having a couple more pages
up. If you look on the side bar, you can see all of the new stuff
coming to OrangeToad. Other site notes, don't sign up for the newsletter
yet, because I have to fix it. Current Pages that are up for today
: Almost all pages up now!!! Just a couple minor pages that you'll
have to wait for!
