| All forms of assessment in my classroom strictly adhere to standards and benchmarks set forth by the New York State Education Department. Students are assessed on a daily basis based both on formal and informal evaluations. I use a variety of methods (tests/quizzes, homework, projects, and participation) to assess both student mastery of content, and growth throughout a school year. I am a firm believer that a student shall receive a grade in which they earn through hard work and dedication. | |
