my little mooshka
it would be greatly
remiss of me to produce my premiere issue without a mention of
my own wondrous cat. now, everybody who owns a cat thinks theirs
is the best cat in the world. well, mine actually is. she doesn't
wish to have her picture printed, nor her name mentioned - she
does not want to become a fool to the art of celebrity. (but
the day i get a scanner her wishes my be over-rided, just as any
parent will over-ride the wishes of their child). she is the
most lovely cat. she likes her sunny windowsills, a well-stocked
foodbowl, a clean kitty litter tray and a lot of affection. she
may not seem as loving to other people, but that is because she
is truly mine. she is resentful of any time i spend working on
my computer, as that takes time away from her. she likes blocking
my view of the monitor and stepping over the keyboard in an act
of her own creative individuality. she too makes her mark upon
the world.
