Karaage (Japanese Fried Chicken)

OK, it's pretty simple, but lazy me I cooked it a lot, along with slicing up potatoes and frying them as make shift french fries.  ^^

Sorry this recipe is vague, but:

Ingredients:
`Best to use boneless thigh meat, but if you can't get that boneless, use thighs, wings, or drumsticks. 
`Oil
`Soy sauce
`Karaage breading (if you can't find that, I usually make breading from flour, salt, pepper, and a little garlic salt.

Wash the chicken, then marinate in soy sauce for about five minutes.  Roll it/bag it with the breading and fry in heated oil. 

And...voila!

Not too hard, eh?

Hopefully I'll become a little more sophisticated at recipe writing as I go  ^^
