Hachiouji City |
|
|

The city I live in! Have a look around! |

This is closer to where I live - lol it looks more like the downtown of my hometown, but this is actually far from being downtown for this city. Toto, we aren't in Delaware anymore. |

I love walking around here - not only is everything accessible, but it's so pretty here. Notice how thin the roads are . |

Which brings us to DOWNTOWN. Now this is what I call downtown! The big city my friends...hey to me this is a city but all my Japanese friends laugh and say how rural Hachiouji is. Apparently they've never spent a day in Southern Delaware. LOL To get to downtown from my dorm is 15 mins by bus, 35-40 on foot. I walk if the weather is good - I'm not used to having such a lively place within safe walking distance, so I love waking there. |

This is the overpass connecting the bus ramps and the train station to everything else. The Big TV has made me miss a bus or two though. And the building that the tv is on is a karaoke. It's like 10 daggone floors and they're always full - but it's so worth it if you can get in, a lot of fun. |
