Lillie Parthenia Jones was born on Dec.27,1867 in Pickens Co, Ga. and she died on Feb.14,1925 in Rome, Floyd Co, Ga.
She is buried in Myrtle Hill Cem. Rome, Ga.
Lillie was the daughter of Charles Allison Jones & Hester A.T.Prather of Pickens Co, Ga. She married James William Padgett,( nicknamed "Bud").
James was born on Dec.7,1862 in Ballground, Cherokee Co, Ga. and he died on Oct.29,1951 in Rome, Floyd Co, Ga.
He is buried in Myrtle Hill Cem. Rome, Ga.
James was the son of Jacob Padgett, b.May 8,1835 & Sarah Ann McCrary, b.Dec.1839 in S.C.
He was the grandson of Asa Padgett, b.1803-d.1889 in Dawson, Ga. & Mary Villyard, b. abt.1808 N.C.
