| Since I've been completely away from school for almost 2 weeks (apart from the 6th form induction days) I have watched an unhealthy amount of day time tv... all I can conclude from this is that in America, people have alot of problems.. (Montel Willimas.. Jerry Springer... Ricki Lake...) and sadly I am rather bored during the day, because I haven't got enough money to go out with my friends countinuously for 10 weeks... :'( and also becuase it's too cloudy for sunbathing etc. I therefore give you a list of things that you/I could actually do when bored (since these lists usually involve watching paint dry etc...) just adapt it to suit you I suppose. You could even accept it as a challenge to do all this before the end of the holidays, just remember to include friends. |
| 1.Go to the cinema (watch the gayest film there and laugh loudly all the way through) 2.Birmingham with friends 3. Go to the park (take blankets, sun tan stuff, a radio and plenty of friends and there you have it) 4. Walk on the hills 5.Worcester with friends 6.Plan a par-tay (ideas further on) 7.Sun bathe (when the sun actually comes out...) 8.Go on the common (even better at night with candles, music and drink..) 9.Bike ride (though it is very painful) 10.Decorate your room (I'm doing mine in black and white..) 11.Invite friends over to your house during the day (eat, drink and be merry lol, especially good when parents are out at work and yu have the house to yourselves.) 12.get a load of videos that you missed in the cinema out and eat popcorn all afternoon 13.Rounders? (fun, in an ironic kind of way lol) 14.Sleepover.. 15.Go swimming (argh! chlorine etc.. still, some may fancy it.) 16.Shopping in Great Malvern (should take all of about 5 minutes..) 17.Go to your local pub that will serve underage (lol) take lots of people 18.Ice skating 19.Drink (then perhaps you won't remember how boring everything is..) 20.Fly a kite (ooo, mary poppins music is floating round in my head now...) 21.Sit outside at night in the gaqrden and chat with interesting people.. and spin the bottle of course 22.Do some art.. perhaps you could create a human sculpture in the park?! 23.Have a magazine party, everyone brings a new magazine and shares them out, then you can amuse yourselves drawing black teeth on all the models.. (not that i actaully do that.. ..) 24.have a really meaningful chat with someone 25.Seduce someone (lol) 26.Go Jogging, just don't wear shorts if you have v knobbly knees. 27.Fancy dress party (Vicars and sluts? rocky horror show? etc..) 28.Have make overs (m'be not one for boys lol) 29.Have a car boot sale and see who can make the most money 30.Get your old paddling pool out and throw a pool party, unless you actually have a pool, lol 31.b-i-n-g-o 32.have a game of twister 33.Picnic (everyone brings music etc and just laze around in a field all day) 34.Write a letter to a famous person, or trawl round local events and get autographs etc. and then compare with everyone else at the end of summer and award a golden ping pong ball to the winner..) 35.Get one of the 'teen magic' books and have a go 36.Ouija board? 37.Have a waterfight 38.Have a chick flick night 39.hire canoes and all set of for a jolly jaunt down the river 40.Invite as many people over as possible and have a massive spin the bottle extraveganza 41.Have a game of rude scrabble 42.Go bowling 43.Actually cook a really 'posh' meal and invite everyone round, get them to dress up too 44.Video game championships , have a tournament, people go out one by one and the winner takes all (include bets or haribo etc) 45.Paintballing 46.Have a hair dye party, dye hair v shocking colours 47.Rock climbing 48.Be children again and camp out in the garden, roast marshmallows etc. 49.Call the local radio station up and all shout down the phone on air.. 50.All set off to the top of the hills to see the sun rise/set 51.Bird watching (lol) 52.Go and feed the ducks at the park 53.Go to the local nail salon place and get your nails done (especially the boys lol) 54.Have a red/white day out, everyone dress up in the chosen colours and go for a day out somewhere 55.Have a big barbeque and make jokes about big sausages for the whole evening 54.Kidnap someone's video camera and make a film 55.Have a day time tv day, all wear dressing gowns and pyjamas and slob around listening to people on the telly talking about having sex with their hamsters etc.. 56.Have an extreme jackass day 57.A 'stop the bus' tournament 58.An 'orange party' (where everything is of course orange) 59.Get some duct tape and see who stays on the wall the longest... |
