segmets are needed for a database ??

Answer 1:

1 per 4 transactions/users, rounded up to a multiple of 4, with a minimum of
4.

GUIDELINES FOR NUMBER OF ROLLBACKS

01 - 15 Concurrent Transactions ==> 4 Rollback segments
13 - 31 ==> 8 Rollback segments
32 - nnn ==> n/4 but not exceeding 50
