Question:

As i understand, by default there is no OPTIMAL value form SYSTEM rollback segment (after database creation during installation).
 1. Why ?
 2. Any tips for setting it ?

Answer:

As I understand it, the SYSTEM rollback segment inherits the default
attributes for space allocation from the SYSTEM table space. Thus it doesn't
inherit an Optimal setting.
