3.NO RESEATING without host permission.

4.SUBSTITUTES: Wait 5 minutes before asking for substitute, 7 minutes in TOC
A sub is permanent after 3 hands in tournaments, and from 1st hand in TOC.
Lobby subs in tournaments, Host keeps a sub list in TOC.

5.TABLE TALK: Any discussion that tends to reveal a player's hand is not allowed.

6.BREAKS: 5 minute breaks are allowed between games.
Breaks during game play should be no more than 2 minutes in duration.
Please hold last card prior to break.

7.HOST DECISIONS: In the case of disputes within the tournament,
the Host has the final say.

8.TABLE CHOICE: One of the players from the first team in the assignment
will pick the table.

9.REPORTING WINS: ONE player from the winning team should report
