All orders are processed in the timliest manner possible. Some of the items sold at this site are pre-made however, most of the items are made on demand. This takes time to process the order.

Our standard processing time for each order is 10-14  business days
(does not include weekends).

For orders within the USA We usually ship out using Priority mail services with delivery confirmation unless it is a very small package. When you email us with your order, be sure to give us your full mailing address with zip code so that we may accurately calculate your shipping costs. At this time we do not add anything for a handling fee.

Once your package has been shipped out, you will receive a tracking number by email so that you may track your package and know when you will receive it. It generally takes only 2-3 days to receive it.

If we fail to email you with the tracking number, it does not mean your package was not shipped, it only means we are very busy with orders coming in daily. If you wish to receive the tracking info, please send us an email and we will provide you with the number right away!

For orders outside USA We ship out from the United states postal service, we use the most economical form of shipping unless you ask for expedited service which can be costly. The standard time your package will arrive to you once mailed out is 10 days although I have seen packages take up to a month!

For most destinations outside USA there is no tracking information available at the same low  cost as it is within the states. Therefore, if you wish to have it added, you must let us know in advance so that we know to charge you for it.
We are not responsible for any  orders that are lost or stolen in the transit. The  buyer is responsible and should purchase the tracking and insurance if in doubt.
This page is our disclaimer and a binding contract upon all customers who purchase from this website. We are a trusted vendor throughout the world and we maintain our positive reputation by upholding the laws of Allah (swt) regarding amana (trust).
We do not offer refund on any of our custom-made merchandise because of the fact they are garments worn on the body.. If you wish for an excahnge of merchandise you must return the merchandise to us undamaged before we ship out a new package to you. If it is our mistake, we will gladly issue a store credit for the balance of the shipping you paid to send items back.
