II. You may be in another clan, but you must remain loyal to the Vandels 

III. If a member wants to leave, ask Spy killer or Bigred4000  and you will be honorably discharged. 

IV. Treason is punished immediatly. No exceptions. 

V. If another member needs help, you have to do all in your power to help he/she out of trouble or if they die save their stuff 

VI. If an enemy is your friend, you may ask for permission to not be included in the battle or what not. You may also bargin in part for your friend. If you choose not to join in on a friend, you will not receive any of the goods dropped. 

VII. All new recruits who have insufficient armour may report to 
Bigred4000,  Spy killer or Cyborman4000 we will see what we can do. 

VIII. Meetings are held EVERY Wednesday at the  gates of lumbrige Castle.    Go up stairs it 
starts at 4:00 Central Daylight time. 

IX. Once player owned houses are available, we are going to buy one very nice clan house. We are collecting money from members and holding the money in a person named The Vandels. If you would like to donate, goto the meeting spot and them Private Message Bigred4000 or Spy killer. Any and all donations are accepted, no matter how small. 

X. Most subjects for new rules or other things will be voted on at meetings. Majority wins, folks. 

XI. All members of the Vandels must follow a higher ranked officers command, such as a squad leader has rank over his squad, but  Cyborman4000, Spy killer and Bigred4000 Ranks over all.
