| Born: 1980 Key Relationships: Lover of Oz. Lover of Tara. Best friend to Buffy. Best friend to Xander. Scooby rival of Anya. Powers: Willow has supernatural Wicca powers. Willow Rosenberg was born and raised in Sunnydale. She grew up with Xander Harris and they are best friends to this day. Willow was a "nerd" throughout high school and she was very bookish and shy. She started to come out of her shell when she met Buffy Summers in 1997 and she eventually found the courage to talk to boys. In the end of Season 2 of BTVS, Willow started dating Oz, the friendly, quiet, Werewolf next door. After she started dating him she started studying Jenny Calendar's spells and she became a powerful witch in season three. In season four Oz left Willow after he killed Veruca and he left Willow devastated. In "Hush" Willow found Tara and they became friends. Eventually they fell in love and they became a couple. This season (season four,) Willow's powers have grown along with her love for Tara and she has become one of the most valuable members of the Scooby Gang.
