| Original Airdate: School Hard is the first episode with Spike and Dru. I wasn't sure what to think of Spike when I first saw him. He was very unique. I had never really seen a vampire character like him. I didn't hate him but I didn't like him either. I honestly didn't know what to think of him. In School Hard, Spike comes to Sunnydale with Drusilla. He comes to Sunnydale because he is drawn to the energy of the Hellmouth and he also comes to steal Angel's strength so he can give it to Dru. He battles Buffy and he is on the verge of beating her when her mom hits him over the back of the head with an axe. He then puts "the annoying one" into the sunlight and that kills him. I love School Hard because it introduces us to Spike and Dru and it also shows us what is to come from Angel. (Angel pretends he is Angelus for a moment and we get the first glimpse of his cruel and evil side.) It also features some great fighting scenes and we see Sheila Martini, a hot one-time appearance vamp chick. |

Nothing's gonna happen." Willow: "Not until some dummy says 'as long as nothing bad happens.' " Buffy : "It's the ultimate jinx!" Willow : "What were you thinking? Or were you thinking at all?" Xander: "Well you guys don't know. Maybe-maybe this time it'll be different." |
