Job Interview Question

The job interview question that is asked in almost every job interview is: "What are your strengths and weaknesses?" Knowing your strengths -- what you have to offer your prospective employer -- and being able to articulate them in a clear, well-organized way -- is, perhaps, the most important aspect of being prepared for the job interview. A variation of that same answer my also be appropriate for other job interview questions which may be asked, such "Why should we hire you?" or "What can you offer us that other candidates may not be able to?" or "How can you help us reach our goals?" Obviously, you need to customize your answers to conform with the way the questions are asked, but basically, you'll be elaborating on why your strengths, your experience, and your personal qualities will help them build their organization, solve problems, and surpass their accomplishments.

Other job interview questions that one should be prepared for include: "Why do you want to leave your present job?", "What problems or crises have you had to deal with in the past, and how did you solve them?" and "What are your goals for the next 5 years?"

Job interview questions should almost always be answered in a way that portray you as someone who is enthusiastic, motivated, experienced, and who has a proven track record of being a problem solver, a leader, and a team player.
