Avocado Dip
2 ripe avocados (Firm but not hard)
2 garlic cloves, crushed approx 1 tsp
1 tsp lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste
Method:
Peel avocados. Then mash with a fork. Stir in crushed garlic, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Chill before serving. Serve with fresh vegetables, crackers or corn chips.
Yield is approx I cup
