The telephone, a device, was invented, according to well-rounded estimates, between 2 and 500 years ago; and without delving too treacherously far into the realm of pure speculation, it is safe to say the inventor was most likely a human, who lived somewhere near a city or town, and we presume he had access to tools, and/or electricity. we theorize that the telephone is a device that is and/or can be used to communicate with other people, if they, perhaps, also have a telephone. this is only possible if the second person who is being called happens to be in the vicinity of the second telephone unit at the exact moment or time that the first person uses the first telephone unit.
