Terms and Conditions�

These terms and conditions ("Standard Terms") shall be deemed incorporated by reference into any insertion order (the "Insertion Order") submitted by the Advertiser or its agency set forth in the Insertion Order (collectively, "Advertiser") and shall govern the Insertion Order, superseding all terms therein except for those relating to advertisement scheduling and pricing. All Insertion Orders are subject to acceptance by Opportunities Foundation. Rates and the Standard Terms are subject to change without notice. Opportunities Foundation reserves the right to refuse or cancel any Insertion Order, without cause, at any time. The Standard Terms and Insertion Order shall be collectively known as the "Agreement." Advertiser and its agency (if applicable) shall be jointly and severally responsible under this Agreement.
Making an order
By sending your advert to us, you are requesting that the advert appears on our web site. No contract is made between us until we have verified and accepted your advert copy. We will contact you by e-mail if we are not able to accept the advert for any reason.
Orders received after 4.00pm on a Friday will not be verified and accepted before the following Monday (excluding Bank Holidays).
To ensure your advert is placed on our site in the right format, you must provide all advert copy by completing the standard order form. There is an individual form for each of the Foundations products.
The copyright in all adverts shall be owned by us and you hereby assign all such copyright to us.
We also offer the option to pay off-line - this manes you do not have to submit your credit card details. Instead, our staff will contact you regarding payment once the advert has been received.
Your advert
Each individual advert must be for a only one vehicle.
Your advert copy must be legal, decent, honest and truthful and comply with the British Code of Advertising Standards Authority. We may amend the advert to ensure compliance with those requirements.
We are not able to verify the truthfulness of any statements made by you in your advert copy. Accordingly, you shall be responsible for any losses, expenses or other costs incurred by us which are caused by an untrue statement deliberately made or provided by you.
Your personal data
By placing this order, you are requesting that your advert appears on our web site. This means that the advert, including your telephone number and vehicle details can be viewed by anyone with Internet access throughout the world. You consent to the publication of your data in this way.
Changes, cancellations and interruptions
You have the right to cancel the advert for any reason at any time. If we receive the cancellation before we accept the advert, no payment will be taken.
It is technically impossible to provide a web site free from interruptions and (except to the extent that interruptions are caused by our negligence) we do not guarantee that you advert will be provided continuously or free of faults.
In addition, we will need to carry out maintenance of the web site from time to time and in doing so we shall attempt to keep the disruption to your advert to a minimum.
Our liability
Where we have accepted an advert but it does not appear on the web site at all you shall be entitled to a refund of the advert price unless the omission is caused by unforeseen circumstances beyond our reasonable control or because of your breach of contract.
Our liability for breach of contract or negligence shall not exceed an amount equal to the price of the advert or series of adverts involved provided that nothing in this clause shall limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or that of our servants or agents.
English law
These terms and conditions and the contract of which they form a part shall be governed by English law.
