carroll.barbara

mrs carroll is very barbara-ish. yeupp. there are a lot of projects.. and it seems slightly stressful while you're in that class but it really isnt because you get so much class time to finish up all the projects. theres... a river brochure, 5 themes poster, me collage, some website, uhh... endangered species flyer... country powerpoint and food newsletter. i think htat covers just about all of them. theres barely any geography in this class, which is kind of funny. besides the whole country powerpoint stuff and the world map and some stuff about the middle east, thats about it for geography. the tests are pretty annoying. but its all good

well i think her name's maggie, anyways. at any rate, it starts with an m. easy class in my opinion. for divider pages and other junk, just follow directions. she sometimes likes it better if you hand-draw stuff. and color. she's one of those teachers who have this THING for color. and you need to keep your notebook constantly updated. she makes that really easy because every time you need to stick something in she writes it the board. well, her class is really easy. theres barely any homework, and when there is it's probably some studyguide. or a project. her projects are really weird, but they're not horrible. and her tests are all essays. follow the prompt, write cheesy, add in facts and reasons to support your cheesiness. and make it cheesy. start it with cheese, end it in cheese, wrap it all up in cheese. its a good strategy.

hunt.judith

yes, she's retired already.. but including her because i had her. umm.. shes NICE, i suppose. nice as in your grandmother. in her class, you do a lot of packet stuff and maps. packet stuff as in theres this packet of papers stapled together where you have to read it and answer questions or summarize it or color it or something poopy like that. she barely gave any tests.. and only one pop quiz. that was nice.

koh.paul

also doesnt teach here anymore.. but had him for the second semester after mrs. hunt retired. he was obsessed with these "hands-on" activity type things. i seriously think he got them from some kind of "activities for seventh grade history" book or something.. he also was really on about the behavior and lecture thing -_- he had this system of tick marks that kept us in at lunch until me, muneet, joy, and priya did our little *SATIRICAL* skit thing and then he stopped. LOL. LECTURES. thats like his expertise. when his laptop was scribbled on or something he lectured us for like 15 minutes about it.. also, for his tests, he gives you the questions and sometimes the questions AND the answers. so whats the point of the test anyways? on the test, hes like supersuper picky about your answer too. oh, and if you tell him its your birthday he'll give you 2 dumdums.
