Opico, Jason project #1 Throughout history man has been set out to understand the mysteries of the universe. After hundreds of years one subject that still plagues man and no new light can be shed on is the mystery of dating, more specifically teenage dating. Adults often jump into conclusion and make assumptions; as well a lot of stereotypes are made from the simple phrase teenage dating. Often time�s teenagers want or expect different things out of relationships. There are often times we teenagers might have other intentions in going out with someone. Some serious relationships might develop into love others at times can result in some heartbreak and pain that leave pain memories or emotional scars. You could say teenage dating is just more preparation for the real world.

Stereotypical teenage relationships and what should and should not happen in them is ideas that are often developed by adults (parents in particular). In reality adults have little to no idea in what happens in today�s relationships. Today television, music, adults and even other teenagers heavily influence us teenagers. Due to a large amount of negative influence this generation teenagers can be easily said to be more sex crazed then ever, not since the 70�s has so many teenagers have been compelled to carry out sexual teenage relationships. The idea of premature sex often passes through the minds of teenage couples.

Like Any other dating couple teenagers often want and expect different things out of a relationship. Often it would be that the male is looking for sex in a relationship while a female would look to fine true love. Like every other rule there are exceptions. Some expect a short-term relationship but yet desire a long and meaningful relationship. Some just go out just to have some to have (loneliness), some see to make a game out of it and compete against one another, sometimes a teen would look to go out with someone because they wish to enter a relationship similar to there friend, other times they are just looking to going out with someone to get over someone else. They are many things desired out of a relationship this wouldn�t determine whether the works or not but it is very important to what a teen would like out of a relationship.

Sometimes there some teens that have other intention for going out with someone other then the fact that they might be interested in them. you could say that some one might be using some one else. This using might for different reasons maybe a girl might go out with a guy to gain popularity. A guy might go out with a girl just to brag about her. A girl might use a guy cause he has a large amount of money to contribute into the relationship.

Teenage relationships can be easily compare to some common adult relationship it isn�t perfect often you can find what you are looking for in a relationship. In general it teenagers just need to have a clear idea of they are looking for in a relationship. Teenagers would easily put themselves in a situation they did not desire.
