We moved to Birmingham, AL to attend medical school. I graduated in May 2000 and moved to Tulsa, OK to begin Family Practice medical residency at a Christian-based program called "In His Image". Tonya and I have had 2 kids along the way, Ariana (18 mo) and Charis (4 mo). We hope to have a LARGE family and live and serve in an urban medically underserved community.

Single, Attended 1989-1992. After high school I did a six year tour in the United States Marine Corps. Then I began the difficult task of going back to school. I finally got an AA degree in transfer studies. That degree may not be good for anything, but when it is the only one you have it is tremendously valuable on a personal level. Currently, I'm still in school trying to get a more meaningful degree in bioengineering with an emphasis in BIOMEMS/BIOMEOMS and tissue engineering. I'm finally a senior at UC Berkeley and hope to graduate before the 20-year reunion. It's going to be really weird finally getting a job. You guys have to tell me what it is like. Though, I must admit, I'm not really interested. For fun I played racquetball at Cal last semester. My hobbies now include: searching to understand the common-man, chess, reading, nanotechnology, music, yoga, biochemistry, cooking, gardening, calligraphy, and cards. In the next ten years, I hope to start my own biotech company and finally start working. In the end, I think I'm destined to always have soft hands.

We live in the Philadelphia area, and we are happy and doing pretty well!
