OPERATION MIRACLE HOUR began as an initiative in January 2006. Based on a directive from God, Mrs. Rachael Guzman De Vlugt an employee in the Homeland Security Technology Unit of Emmanuel Cablecom Limited, Rev. Osbert Williams of Woodbrook Pentecostal, Apostle Vernon Duncan of Divine Encounter International Fellowship, Pastor Frank Porter of Youth for Christ are working in conjunction with the Police Christian Fellowship to mobilize members of the Trinidad and Tobago Police Service and the Wider Community to unite in prayer for the eradication of Crime in Trinidad and Tobago. Meetings began officially in March 2006. Officers and civilians in the Trinidad and Tobago Police Service, the Ministry of National Security, the Body of Christ and believing citizens are hereby welcomed to join in prayer, support and encouragement in this exercise.

You may become involved by devoting your lunch hour every Wednesday to prayer. In this way you would be joining your voices to the Police Christian Fellowship which already meets at this time.
Daily private prayer as an individual or at home with your family members. Family members of National Security Personnel are specially invited to establish daily prayer in your homes.
You may also join the National Network of Intercessors which was founded in 1994 by Apostle Vernon Duncan, A special feature of this network is a 24 hour prayer cycle.
