... created man and woman in his own image, and they lived with God in the Garden of Eden. God gave them free will, and they used it the wrong way. The man and woman sinned, and their sin separated them from God.
(Genesis 2:7-Chapter 3)

Today, man is still separated from God. We still have free will, and we still sin. There is a punishment for this sin, and that is death.
(Romans 6:23)

We try to bridge the gap between humans and God in many ways. Through good works, religion, morality, and more. But none of these work!
(Galatians 2:16) We humans can not justify ourselves.

But God loves us and he doesn't want us to perish.
(2 Peter 3:9) So he sent his perfect son Jesus to take our punishment. (John 3:16) Jesus paid the price for our sins! (1 Peter 3:18) He is the only bridge between sinful humans and our holy God. (1 Timothy 2:5) We must  make the choice to accept Jesus' sacrifice. (Romans 10:9) Remember our free will? In the same way that we make the choice to sin, we have to make the choice to be saved from Hell. We need to call upon the name of the Lord , ask him into our hearts, and commit our lives to him (Romans 10:13)

If you are ready to do this today, tell God. Admit that you know you are a sinner and confess your sins to him.
(1 John 1:9) Commit to turning form your sins and living a life of righteousness. Tell him that you believe that his son Jesus does for you on the cross and thank him. Give up control of your life to God and all the wonderful things that he has in store for you. (Jeremiah 29:11)

Now rejoice! You are saved from death. So what do you do next? Get to know God on a day to day basis. Spend time with him everyday, reading his word (try the book of
John first.), praying, and worshiping.(Pslam 29:2) Share the good news with others (Mark 16:15). Join a local church where you can learn about God and have fellowship with other believers.(1 John 1:7) Prove your repentance by your deeds. (Acts 26:20,Matthew 3:8,John 14:23) Be a servent for God and others. (Colossians 3:23,Ephesians 2:10, Galatians 6:9-10).

Please let me know if you made this decision today. Tell me why you made the decision and how you feel about it. I would like to pray for you and encourage you. God Bless!
