Protecting Methods

As I said, there are a few nasties out there who are just out there to cause mischief or some form of harm. Here are a few ways to protect yourself from such unwanted "attention".

One way thats passive and doesn't require you to keep focus during the whole time you want it to work is to make yourself a protection 'charm'. You can use anything for this, rocks, a neckless, braclet, ring, anything. Try to know what it is exactly thats causing the mischief or harm, if you can't figure it out don't worry about it. It just helps. Hold the object in your hand and focus on two things: 1. Focus on what you want the charm to protect (person, area, etc.) and protect from what (specific thing, or energy). 2. Keeping that strongly in mind, focus your energy running through your body to your hands and into the would-be charm. Keep the charm on or around whatever it is you wish to protect.

Another method is to focus and visualize an etheral net all around you. The stronger you have that in mind, the better it will ward the unwanted energy away from you.

This method is simplest yet and requires no focus, and no visualization, nor does it leave you feeling drained. Simply cross your ankles, and keep your finger tips touching. This stops anything from taking or effecting your energy, and always keeps what ever current energy in you then there till you release from the position. Your energy will just keep flowing inside you in a cycle since you blocked off the entries and exits by your ankles and finger tips touching.

Another way is to draw a circle around you with your forefinger while keeping strong visualization and focus on the circle. When made picture the circle enclosing as though you are now in the center of a ball. This will keep anything metaphysical away from you as long as you remain in the circle.

As we grow spiritualy and begin to figure things out for ourselves we understand and form new ways and methods of protection. May you find yours and your way.
