Spring Meet'03
The meet was held in Arlington Texas, home of Steve and Regina Grider. It was about a three hour drive for us from Austin. The weather was great except for a rain in the wee hours Sunday morning. The trip was uneventful, which is a good thing in a 30 year old car, right? I somehow managed to miss Marty when I was taking pictures on Saturday. He left for a short time, I guess that was when I was taking pictures. I also missed Dieter on Sunday. Sorry guys. Well enough about what I missed, here is what I DID get. There were seven GT's, one Bitter SC, and one Manta B.

We went to a 50's theme diner on Saturday, not before we had to perform some minor work on two GT's that didn't want to start. Had a raffle on Sunday with some good parts. NOS oil filters, water pumps, Kadett license plate lenses, GT right front side marker lens, etc. I did pretty good myself with one 1.9L NOS water pump, and the NOS front sider marker! The trip home was again uneventful.
