Windshield Washer hoses
These pix are of the repair I did to the windshield washer hoses. I bought the hose at Home Depot for about $7 for 15 feet. I replaced all the hoses down to the push pedal and had left over. For the valves I first used vacuum valves from O'Rielly Auto Parts, but then I found these little guys at the fish store. They are used for an air pump that is placed below the water level. They were about $2.50 each at PetCo. They are much smaller than the vacuum valves, and for the test run they work great. I'll post back if and when then fail and how long it took. As you can see, they are barely bigger than the hose itself. It the valve in the water can fails, I'm guessing you could easily adapt one of these to do the job. My original still works.
