| The story begins when a young 10 year old girl, Sakura Kinomoto stumbles upon the magical book of Clow Cards in her father's study. [Clow cards are magical cards that have their own unique power that if unleashed the cards would have no control!] NEway, so she stumbles upon the book and because of her unknown magical powers she is able to wake up the power of the cards as the guardian of the clowcards, Cerberus had "taken a nap". Unfortunately the first card's power she read out was "windy". The Windy card then spread it's power of wind throughout the room and blew all the cards away. But she did hold on to that one card so all was not lost. Cerberus (kero-chan) then appointed her to get all the cards back. That night there was a big storm and the card that was affecting the bad weather was The Fly. Kerberus nagged Sakura into going in her pajamas to go recapture the fly card. She learnt how to use her power with the key given to her by Kerberus and defeated the fly card with it and by also using the windy card. Kerberus then allows her to use the fly card to fly her back home in which her best friend Tomoyo Daidoji had filmed and shows her on the next day. She becomes very enthusiastic in her friend's quest in finding the clow cards and she loves to film her and make a different outfit for each capture of a clowcard. Since she's rich she has no problem getting her designer clothes and the film for her video recorder. Thus the beginning of Card Captor Sakura ................ |
