| Dream Theatre - This is very possibly the best band I have heard that has been around in the past ten years. Their five members(singer, guitar, drums, bass, and keyboard) all have a very distinct and talented sound. They combine, beautifully, both melodious rock and hard metal. This band continues to surprise me. Definetely worth listening to. Try buying or downloading some of their music. | |||
| Liquid Tension - This band is a side project band started by two of the members of Dream Theatre. They eventually had three of their four Dream Theatre members in Liquid Tension, so they disbanded. However, the entirely instrumental musik is beyond amazing. | |||
