In a small house,in a small village, in a small town, in a small country called Denny, Falkirk, Scotland, there sits three girls, with some ideas...
They were in Meg's living room when they thought "hmmmmm, we should start a band. After all we do have all the musical talents needed..."
Meg spend alot of her time playin her very sexual black glittery bass, Gill has been known to have a few chords on the geetar and Jo is an amazing singer!
It seemed like the perfect plan, but they thought 'oh no... we have no drummer! So they went to there great and trusty big ball of love, Mark...who just so happened to be an amazing drummer and said...
"JOIN OUR BAND OR WE'LL EAT YOUR SOUL!"
So he said
"...ok then..."
And so began the long lunchtimes rehersals in Miss Ibbotson's classroom down in music...and the extended sessions in Gill's garage, drinking hot chocolate and eating shortbread on very rainy days...
You've all heard the stories about the old school instruments, which are never intune, strings missing, drums battered and skins torn, microphones that dont work, amps that produce no sound and nowhere in the department can there be a working lead to be found...
This sadly was how our lives were for the first few weeks in the begining times of our band.
Mark was the lucky one. He already had his own set of Pearl Export drums which hed already mastered his talents on!
Then there came a problem of the guitars. Meg for her christmas has got a glittery black Kramer bass and amp so that was that sorted but there was just the guitar. Meg had also recieved another bass for her christmas but took that one bakc and bought a cherry red Fender Squire which Gill now hapily plays. Hopefully tho if thigns go as planned she might get one of her own if she passes her exams!
So... with our guitars, basses and drums we have everythin we need for the perfect band! all we need to do now is practice lol!
