Queen Gohma the Parasitic Armored Arachnid- To stall this enemy hit it with your slingshot so it is stunned temporarily stunned but longer then if you use Deku Nut.

King Dodongo the Infernal Dinosaur- When he inhales the fire throw bombs in his mouth and when he rolls duck with your Hylian Shield.

Barinade the Bioelectric Anemone- WHen the jelly fish that surround him spin, constantly throw the boomerang and it may penetrate but possibly not.

Phantom Ganondorf the Evil Spirit from Beyond- After pegging him off with 3 arrows and deflecting shot of energy while Phantom Ganondorf is down use Z targeting and do the lunge/jump thing to him.

Volvagia the Subterranean Dragon- There isn't a tip to make things easier but he is easy to beat so just crush his skull.

Morpha Giant Aquatic Amoeba- When it's nucleus is floating around use the longshot to pull it close and slash it with your sword.

Bongo Bongo Phantom Shadow Beast- Before battling Bongo Bongo get the Biggoron Sword (if you don't know how to get the Biggoron Sword see Codes/Hints) so you beat him twice as fast.

 

Twinrova Sorceress Sisters- This one doesn't have much of a tip just use it's own attack against it.

Ganondorf the Great King of Evil- Also use the same strategie as Phantom Ganondorf.

Ganon- Don't let your guard down for this one and use Z targeting and hit him with a Light Arrow.
