Tillsonburg .Ontario
The event opened with announcer Michael Weekes and OPW Commissioner Mike O'Shea being introduced and a 10 bell salute to "Mr. Perfect" Curt Hennig and "The Original Sheik" Ed Farhat.  Then Commissioner O'Shea called out IWA Champ C.K. Sexx who was accompanied by Agent Orange and Kiera Sexxton to the ring.  Then Commissioner O'Shea asked for a garbage can from ringside, and then proceeded  to take the IWA shirt off that he was wearing to reveal an OPW shirt, and then took C.K. Sexx's IWA belt and threw it and his IWA shirt in the garbage. Commissioner  O'Shea  then told  C.K. and everyone else in attendance that OPW was no longer recognizing IWA and that his belt meant nothing and that his match tonight  with "Wildthing" Willy Allen would be for the first ever OPW Independant Championship.  At this point Warhed came out of the entranceway and was attacked from behind by Eradicator with a chair.

Warhed vs Eradicator

This match was for the Hardcore title and started before Michael Weekes and Commissioner Mike O'Shea could Finish the intro to the show.  Eradicator hit Warhed from behind with a chair as Warhed was called out to join C.K. Sexx and Agent Orange in the ring.  Eradicator then went to work on Warhed using everything in the building as a weapon after running C.K. Sexx and Agent Orange back to the dressing room.  Warhed then proceeded to return the favor and the two competitors took the match all over the building.  Warhed then went for his DVD finisher, but Eradicator slipped out of the move and used his finisher the Kryptonite Crunch to pin Warhed and take the hardcore title.

Eddie Osbourne w/"The Sport" Jesse Jones vs Elian Habanaro

This match started quick with Osbourne being outwrestled by the newcomer to the Ontario indy scene until Osbourne's manager became involved and helped turn the tide in Eddie's favor.  Despite "The Sports" help Elian took to the air and surprised Osbourne with some high flying. Elian was on the offence until once again The Sport distracted Elian and slingshot his neck over the top rope right into the arms of Osbourne who hit Elian with his finnisher the Final Impact for the pin.

Kwan Chang vs John Hardy

This match was a David vs Goliath with The Asian Nightmare having a good fifty pounds on Hardy.  Chang used his size advantage until Hardy took to the air and used his spead to take an advantage.  Hardy hit Chang with everything until Chang got ahold of him and beat on him unmercifully then Chang hit Hardy with his finisher the Victimizer for the pin

Shaun Brown vs Jason Phoenix

Before the participants of this match were even announced "The Sport" Jessy Jones and Eddie Osbourn made their way to the ring and "The Sport" announced that he was going to scout this match for a possible new member to "The Sport Generation". Both participants ignored "The Sport" and Osbourne and put on a wrestling exebition until Shawn Brown fell from the ring.  Phoenix came out to the floor and  pushed Brown back into the ring, But as Phoenix went to enter the ring "The Sport" grabbed Phoenix's leg causing him to be counted out.  Then "The Sport" and Osborne embraced Shawn Brown welcoming him to "The Sport Generation".  Then Phoenix got some payback clearing the ring and tossing "The Sport" over the top rope.

Texas Hell-Razors vs Ebony Express.

This match started quick with neither team taking a step back in this fued that has taken place all over Ontario in the last two years.  Neither of these teams waited for the bell to ring before resuming their fued.  This match was back and forth with these two teams showing why they are two of the best teams in Ontario.  The Hell-Razors took the advantage using double team tactics and isolated Reggie Marley.  Reggie was finally able to tag in J.Q Public who came in the ring on fire.  But instead of going after Scott Chase and Eric Dawson he turned around and hit Reggie with his finisher and began kicking Reggie with Eric Dawson joining in and Scott Chase looking on puzzled.  The Texas Hell-Razors and J.Q. Public then stood with ther hands raised in the middle of the ring.  Just as they lowered there hands J.Q. and Dawson jumped Scott Chase and left him lying, leaving everyone confused, and wondering what had just happened as J.Q. and Eric Dawson left the ring together.  The match ended in a no contest.

NORTHERN LIGHT-HEAVYWEIGHT  TITLE
Agent Orange vs Freak Show

Self proclaimed "Everybodies Favorite Wrestler" Agent Orange entered the ring to a chorus of boo's  accompanied by C.K. Sexx , Kiera Sexxton and Warhed.  Home town favorite  Freak Show entered the ring area to a huge ovation, then saw that Agent Orange wasen't alone and waived to the back and was joined by Wildthing Willy Allen and Graveyard who cleard the ring to leave the contest a one on one encounter.  This match went back and forth with high flying , good mat work and stiff shots that left the crowd cringing. This kept up  until Freak Show hit Agent Orange with his finisher and got the pin to become the first OPW Northern Light-Heavyweight Champion

OPW INDEPENDANT CHAMPION
C.K. Sexx vs Willy Allen

C.K. came to the ring with Agent Orange, Warhed and Kiera Sexxton. Wildthing came to the ring with Graveyard.  This match started at a good pace and kept going back and forth with Wildthing outwrestling C.K. and using no hardcore tactics? Willy kept control until Agent Orange and Warhed interfered to help C.K. gain control.  Throughout the match Wildthing surprised C.K. and probably everyone else in the building with his agility and additions to his repitoir, such as flipping out of a hiptoss attempt and landing on his feet then clothslining C.K. and headscissoring C.K. out of the corner as well. C.K.'s frustration showed the whole match right up until wildthing hit C.K. with his finisher the Highway to Hell to get the pin and the OPW Independant Championship. After the match Agent Orange and Warhed turned on C.K. and Kiera came in the ring yelling for them too stop.  Then Warhed and Orange focused their attention to Kiera and backed her into the corner.  This is when Jason Phoenix came to the ring and it looked like he was going to attack a fallen C.K. Sexx who took his title by default at the last IWA show.  Phoenix then elbowed Warhed in the face and took Oranges head of with a SuperKick.
As C.K was beign helped from the ring Kwan Chang Came out and Challenged Wildthing for the title at the next event. April 6, 2003.  Commissioner O'Shea who was in the ring presenting Wildthing with the OPW Independant title made the match with a brawl ensuing to finally be broken up by security.
