If you have been juried for only one art form you may not display another. You will be asked to remove the unjuried items. 2. The majority of each piece must be hand made by the artist. No commercial patterns. 3. Sites are not transferable to another artist. 4. One site per artist or couple. 5. No open flames or smoking are allowed within the fenced area. 6. Items are not to be displayed as sale, discounted or reduced. 7. All items must be within your own booth area (no racks or displays outside of your designated booth). 8. Building sites: These are historical buildings. There is to be no contact with walls or any dragging of displays that may damage the floors. Limited hydro, therefore low wattage bulbs in buildings. 9. You are requested to have your display set up until 5pm. Sunday. This coming Victoria Day Weekend (May 16th.&17th. 2009) there will be an arts festival at the Sharon Temple Historical site and museum. (18974 Leslie Street and Mount Albert Sideroad) Map on website. This Show is what has become of the East Gwillimbury Studio tour and has been running at the Temple for five years now with significant attendance. This year and following years we will have the entire site, The Sharon Temple, Temperance Hall and the grounds. The show will be held yearly every Victoria Day Weekend on the Saturday and Sunday only; this gives us all a chance to relax on the holiday Monday. Free admission to the public plus a great deal of promotion throughout the G.T.A. and surrounding areas. The Organizer will be donating a portion of the proceeds to the Sharon Temple Restoration Fund. Security will be provided Friday and Saturday night by the local police venturers. The Lions will be selling refreshments. Local hotels will give a discount of $95.00-$99.00 if booked by April 15th. Local motel $75.00. Contact me for phone #�s There is a limit to the number of artists and certain disciplines. Indoor sites are available in the Temple but are a little unusual to set up due to floor risers and you must supply your own table, if needed. The Hall has round tables only, if you need rectangular tables you must supply them. If the temple is filled you will be offered an outside site. If you wish to participate please email a web link or 2-3 photos (less than 100k.) representing your work and reply to this email address [email protected] as soon as possible. -If you do not wish your photos to be used for show promotion let me know. -If you are unable to print the form, mail your name, address and cheque. We can take care of the paper work at the show. -Arrival of your cheque or your promise secures your site. If you find it necessary to cancel after May 1st. 09 fees will not be returned.
