We require the name, address, phone number and a description of the vehicle(s) as requested on the "Service Request Form" provided.  If you require photographs of the vehicle, please let us know.  We require the seller information so we can contact them and let them know you have requested our services and that we will be contacting them and would like to inspect the vehicle.  When the inspection is complete, we will make arrangements with you to go over the inspection report, at which time the payment is due.

Our Inspection covers everything from bumper to bumper, roof to tires, everything that is possible to look at and turn on.  If we are able, we will even test drive the vehicle city and highway to insure it is running at normal operating temperature.

There are no refunds once the inspection has been done.  We can not be liable if the vehicle was sold or the seller will not let us test drive the vehicle.  Any reputable dealer or honest seller will let you have a vehicle inspected, so please ask them.

Cost of the inspection is $45.00.  A $20.00 deposit is required before the inspection is done, and the remainder of the balance is due upon receiving the inspection report, regardless of weather or not you purchase the vehicle(s).  Vehicle Identification Number (VIN), Vehicle History, and Vehicle Title checks can be done for an additional fee of $20.00.  Photographs are $25.00 for 24 photos.

The vehicles location will effect the cost of the inspection.  We will tracel up to a 50 miles radius to inspect vehicles.  Any mileage after that is 25 cents a mile.  (example; an additional 100 miles will cost $25.00 in addition to the price of the inspection = $70.00 would be the total.)
