Status
What does all that crap about Active, Inactive and Suspended mean?  Well here's where you can find out.
Active: Active means that the member has attended at least one of the past two, maybe three practices or events that have been held in the area.  An exception can be made for a missed practice if the member lets the Founder know that he/she is not coming and has a legitimate reason.
Inactive: If you read what I wrote just above this then you know what an active member is.  Now if a member does let the Founder know why they have not attended the practices then after three missed practices we put you on the inactive list.
Suspended: When a member is suspended then that member has missed more than three practices and/or events in the local area without informing the Founder of the reason why the member has missed the practices or events.  After three weeks of suspension the membership of that particular member is brought before the High Council for review.
How do I get off Suspension or the Inactive List?
All that you have to do to get off one of those two lists is show up to a practice or event.  As soon as you've done that then you move up to the next level.  As soon as you reach active again the process starts all over again...
Misc.
High Priests and Keepers of the Gate will be informed of a few special stipulations that will affect their status, and trust me when I say that they're going to want to stay active...
Honorary members from The Standing Army are exempt from the Status part as they have things to worry about elswhere, like in the Standing Army, and they aren't really full members anyway.
