Intro
First off I'd like to Thank Everyone for stoping by to find out more about the parts I have and the services I offer.
But First and foremost I'd like to address a serious situation on Ebay and its affiliate "PayPal"!
As some of you may know, But most don't know that there is a class action lawsuit pending in CA. against PayPal Inc. an Ebay Company. for its business practices.
It's Customer Relations, Federal Stipulations for Company contact, it's ToS (Terms of Service) Agreement, and more. There are hundreds if not thousands of good people worldwide being or have had there funds held and accounts locked and profited upon by paypal.
Whats this mean to you? It means unless your a lawyer and can nit pick there newset ToS you may be agreeing to loosing 100% of your money with no say so about it!
I urge everyone out there to resort to other metohds of payment than PayPal.
I also recommend doing a search on the many legal issues dealiing with "PayPal". Do you know that the BBB revoked there seal of approval!? Do you know how you can protect yourself from PayPal? DON'T SIGN UP! This seems to be the only way to not be impacted by there closed door business practies.
