Criminal Tendencies:

• Breaking and Entering:
  • Michael broke into the Sheriff's station after briefly scouting the area by pretending to sell candy for charity. He later entered through Valenti's window and stole the key to the dome. Isabel used a flat tire to distract Valenti and his men giving him time to escape.
  • Michael was caught by the police breaking into the UFO Center, where he was attempting to find information on the dome. Max covered for him by saying that he loaned Micheal the key to retrieve something for him.
  • Maria broke into Michael's apartment using her Master Card, in an attempt to find out if Michael was cheating on her. She ended up finding a name and address, and went to spy on them.
  • Max and Michael broke into the military base after a crash with a UFO and Plane caused a uproar in Roswell. They disguised themselves as military personal and went to save the airplane pilots life, while there they stole a piece of the ship.
  • Tess broke into the military base compound and blew it up from the inside while Liz sat there and watched.
  • Liz convinced Sean DeLuca to help her break into Roswell High, to copy Alex's school records in an attempt to find his murder. When the police caught them, Sean said that it was his idea to break in and they should just let Liz go.
  • Michael and Max broke into the children's ward of the hospital, dressed as male nurses. They then healed all the sick children, just in time for Christmas.
  • Liz and Sean broke into the bowling Alley after hours for a little late night lane skating.
  • Max and Liz broke into the Valenti home searching for Liz's lost journal.
  • Michael and Maria break into Agent Moss' hotel room and discover the phone number leads to Topolsky. Isabel stays in the car as their look out.
  • Liz broke into Mr. Evans office, trying to find out what he knew if anything, because of all the questions. She found his conspiracy board, which contained their whole life.
  • Michael broke into MetaChem labs to return the case of Snapple he had previously stole in an effort to get his crew rehired, since it was mostly his fault they were fired.
  • Isabel broke into the hotel room at the porno version of Aladdin, using her powers to find Maria and Michael in an interesting position
• Kidnapping
  • Michael stole Maria's car as his transportation to Texas, however Maria was still in the car at the time, so he kidnapped her.
• Peeping Toms & Stalkers:
  • Courtney has a shrine to Michael in one of her closets.
  • Michael and Maria are supposed to be watching the sheriff's station for when Laurie is brought out, but they get side tracked by a couple making out in the Hardware Store.
  • Maria spies on Michael and Wynita during his dance lessons, thinking that he is leaving her.
  • Liz plants a spy camera in the Harding home so the gang can keep an eye on Tess
  • After Michael and Maria discover that Courtney is spying on them from across the street, they decide to turn the tables and spy on her.
• Underage Drinking:
  • Max and Kyle feel each other's pain when Liz goes on a blind date set up by the radio station. To ease their pain they bond over alcohol.
  • After witnessing Maria flirting with a guy at the phat house on New Years Eve, Michael decides to drown his sorrows in alcohol. Resulting in him waking up in Liz's bed the next morning.
  • While Alex and Kyle are trapped in the underground cave with the alien parasite, they decide they're gonna die anyway and get drunk.
  • Liz and Alex were arrested at the Soap Factory party for having two bottles of alcohol. in their possession when Valenti and his men raided the illegal party.
• Underage Gambling
  • Alex looses all his money in one hand of blackjack, by betting it all.
  • Kyle uses his money on blackjack as well but he wins big, until Maria tells the dealer that Kyle has a gambling problem and she's his sponsor. She then uses his money to Max and Michael out of jail.
• Cheating
  • Michael uses his powers to cheat at Craps in Vegas, which causes the casino to get suspicious. A fight breaks out and Max and Michael end up in jail.
  • Michael uses his powers at Jesse's bachlor party to con Jesse's friends out of their money.
• Stealing
• Michael stole Liz's journal from the Crashdown, so he could make sure it was safe.
• Michael stole a black cone that was part of the '02 crash from the base.
• Isabel stole the necklace from the dome
• Michael stole the key from Valenti's office
• Michael stole the Snapple from MetaChem
• Other Crimes
  • Alex switched his blood with Max's so they would not be discovered.
  • Michael uses his powers to change everyone's id to say they are old enough for Vegas
  • Maria auditions to became an underage stripper
