Hook: #18 Dry fly Thread: Orange 6/0 Body: Orange or gray rabbit fur Wing: Dun hackle tips Hackle: Brown |

Tying Instructions: 1. Start thread at eye, wrap to bend in hook. 2. Dub thread with rabbit fur and wrap to 1/3 from hook eye. 3. Tie in hackle tips, points projecting back over the body of the fly. 4. Tie in hackle and advance thread to eye. 5. Wrap hackle forward, secure and trim. 6. Finish head and tie off. Note: The orange and gray are good producing colors, as is olive. |
