Tying Instructions: 1. Take 5 foam sheets (3 black, 2 yellow) and glue them together, black/yellow/black/yellow/black. 2. When the glue is dry, punch out cylinders (diameter 3-5 mm or 1/8 - 3/16 inch) 3. Cut a notch in the foam cylinder with a razor blade. 4. Wrap a thin layer of thread and glue the foam body. Leave about 5 mm at the eye for the hackle. 5. Wrap the hackle, whip-finish. |
