Hook: Appropriately sized long shank dry
Thread: Blue 6/0
Tail: Furled single strand royal blue yarn
Wing: White Fishair
Body: Royal blue craft foam
Head: Black Craft foam
Hackle: Grizzly



Tying Instructions:

1. Twist yarn for tail. Place alligator clip in chuck of cordless drill. Clip yarn, hold other end. Use drill to twist yarn until it doubles back on itself when loose.

2. Tie in thread, advance to rear of hook.

3. Tie in tail; secure blue foam to hook.

4. Tie in Fishair behind foam tie-in, splayed backwards, for the wing.

5. Tie in grizzly hackle ahead of foam tie in; advance thread to � shank length behind eye.

6. Wrap hackle forward, tie off. Pull foam forward over hackle, tie off near eye.

7. Wrap thread back to hackle end point.

8. Place black foam on head of fly, pull blue foam back over black foam and tie off.
