Finally, here's the report about the O-Town-Concert in Bielefeld...

-

Directly after school me and my friend Kristin went home by bike as fast as possible. At home Kristin's father already waits for us with somethin' to eat from the pommesbude (is there a word in English like that?). As good as possible we ate somethin' and finally we got ready for the concert - put on somethin' and so on. When it was 2:30 PM Kristin's Dad brought us further Bielefeld.

When we arrived at the "Stadthalle", there weren't little of people. I think all in one 60. Nevertheless I ran to McDonald's 'cause I had to go to toilett (but I didn't found the toilett first...). When I arrived again Kristin had found a nice place between all the girls. At the beginning  it was all alright. But further 4:00 PM there were aprox 200 (and more) people and they jostled all the time and you weren't able to move a bit. When it got later and later it got worse. Some times I wanted to go out of the crowd to the first-aid attendants 'cause it was so confined. In the meantime they provided all the girls with water. Sometimes you can't hardly breath. Finally at 5:26 PM was the admission. The people were just let in in different groups 'cause they wanted to avoid a chaos. We were in the first group but I wasn't able to follow Kristin 'cause all the people pushed me against a f***in' solid steel barrier. At least I screamed and cried and so a security-woman had compession for me that she said to a security-man: "Get the girl out with the headscarf or she'll get a nervous-breakdown." Finally out of the crush.

Then I was able to get into the entrance hall without shoving. But where was Kristin? Nowhere... I didn't find her and went into the concert hall and hoped that Kristin will come soon. A few minutes later she came. But five minutes later the shoving went on and I didn't want this again. I went backwards and said Kristin that she'd stay there. Then I stood next to a bigger, more powerful man but it didn't work, the crush went on. I went backwards again. But there I wasn't able to see somethin'...

So I went out of the concert hall and sat down on the stairs 'cause I hoped that I can get up to the gallery 'cause I had a ticket of the PC69 (there the concert should be held first) and there are just standings and to get up on the gallery you had to have a seat-ticket. So I asked the inspector (who was very goodlookin' ;-) ) if I'm able to went up when the concert's began and he said "Yes". But then came another inspector came and said that's not possible but when you've got a PC69-Ticket you can change them at the box office. So I ran to the box office and changed my ticket to a gallery-ticket.

Back again I showed the inspector ver happy my ticket and then I searched a GREAT place. My place was directly left to the stage. Then I looked down to search for Kristin but I didn't see her. Suddenly she came from the left side and had nothing with her. She had to throw her things (rucksack, jacket) over the barrier.

Then the first supporter "Freistil" came on stage. They sang five or six songs (perhaps some more). I think "Freistil" was not so bad ( I also bought their album two or three days after the concert (its name is "Alles Ist Neu"))! Then there was a break aprox five minutes. Then "Bro'Sis" came on stage. They also sang aprox six songs. After that there was a breack again - 15-20 minutes long. In this time Kristin collected her things. Then we took out our poster for O-Town. A few seconds later the crowd looked up to us and stare at our poster (we had the biggest one)...

Then there was the BIG moment: O-TOWN CAME ON STAGE. The whole crowd screamed. First the guys sang "All For Love" and after that there were much more songs (watch underneath). One of them was a very new one, which rocks (I think it was "American Game", written by Dan and Jake)! Before that, when not so much girls screamed Kristin and I  cried out loud "Jacob" and he looked up to us and waved his hand and blinked. He watched at us all in one FIVE times! Dan also looked at us THREE times but he needed a bit of time to understand where he had to watch. One time he stared at our poster a longer time and tried to understand my part of the poster (I think it wasn't such as easy as I thought first). But I think he had understand what I meant. Then all the boys sang a solo. First Dan with the song "Superstitious" (of Stevie Wonder), then Jacob with "Come Together" (of Michael Jackson!), then Trevor with a countrysong and "Ms. Jackson", then Ashley with "Name" and finally Erik with "Purple Rain" (of Prince). Further the end of the concert Dan's pants hang underneath his botty and you were able to see his retroshorts (aprox 12 cm) - Da(m)n(ed) SEXY... I didn't scream - no not me ;-) (don't believe that ;-) ). Suddenly Jake said "Good Night" and the guys went off the stage. The crowed shouted "Encore! Encore! ...!" And there they were again and sang three songs: "Liquid Dreams", then "Every Six Seconds" and for the best "All Or Nothing".

Here the order of the songs which the boys sang at the concert: 1. All For Love; 2. Take Me Under; 3. Girl; 4. Baby I Would; 5. We Fit Together; 6. American Game; 7. Sensitive; 8. Superstitious; 9. Come Together; 10. The Countrysong; 11. Ms. Jackson; 12. Name; 13. Purple Rain; 14. Sexiest Woman Alive; 15. The Painter; 16. Shy Girl; 17. Love Should Be A Crime; 18. Liquid Dreams; 19. Every Six Seconds; 20. All Or Nothing. I hope I didn't forget a song...

All in one it was the BEST concert I've ever seen! REALLY GREAT! Very sweet was that the guys also said things in German. And that sounds sooo sweeeeet. Today (one day after) I'm still at the concert with my thoughts and scrawl in my exercise books at school... I'll NEVER forget this concert and will be at least at one concert again, when O-Town's back in Germany. It was SO wicked!!!  And my neck still hurts 'cause I screamed a little bit too much ;-) ...
