After a disastrous ashes series this summer, England decided to call up the legendary Pie Monster to their World Cup squad in an attempt to beat the Aussies. Despite an impressive performance against the Aussies by our monster, the side still slumped out of the competition, proving that it takes more than a one monster team to win.
The men in yellow went on to perform a bizarre celebration (pictured) which involved leaping over the head of England's star player. It was later claimed that this was due to the Australian Cricket Board's involvement in a fiendish experiment stretching back for several years in which they have been cloning people with wallabies in order to improve their athleticism.
The ACB quickly hit back, complaining that - technically - the Pie Monster is of Tazmanian origin and should, therefore, be playing for them.
