New Zealand Make The Changes

New Zealand have announced their side to take on the West Indies in Brisbane. Chris Harris and Chris Cairns will make their debuts in this tournament, coming in for Daniel Vettori and Andre Adams respectively, whilst Ian Butler has been given a rest and Shane Bond taking over the number 4 or 5 spot. Speculation has been rife these last few days that Butler was involved in a very vocal training ground disagreement with captain Stephen Fleming, something both manager and captain have been quick to deny, other players have made no comment.

Meanwhile, in form batsman Jacob Oram retains his place after an excellent tournament so far and Glen Sulzberger gets another chance at the top of the order, despite a disappointing fourteen in his innings against Australia. Glen has said he is not fazed by the expectation of performing in these big matches and will go out there and do the very best he can.
