You'll Always Be In My Heart.
Unlike others I felt his touch from the day I was born
He helped my mother in every way he could
So that I would be safe and secure as a little baby girl
Even now he would tell me how he bathed me, cut my nails & even change
my dirty nappies
When my brother came to this world, I had to hang around with him
mostly
I would be his tail following where ever he goes
He is so talented that he used to sew little night frocks for me
And help me with my school work, especially with my hand writing
When I was nine years old I wanted to grow my hair very long
Everyone scolded me for doing it but the only person who encoraged me
was him
He used to oil my hair, comb it and even plat it every day
But when my hair grew to my knee level eveyone admired it
I would never forget all the things he had done for me
Though I am a girl I got all the freedom I wanted from him
I am trained to make my own decisions when I want to
If I did something wrong he would tell me so and try to bring me to the
correct place
And I could depend on him for any help because he is always ready to
help me
Now I feel he is more like a friend to me who I can talk to
He knows how to move with my friends even boys
And make me feel very proud to have him
There are times that I get angry with him, but It will be all forgotten
after some time
I'm the person today because of him
He has guided me through all the good and bad things
Some times I may hurt him not on purpose but after some time I regret
all of it
Because I would never be able to pay him for all the things he had done
for me
All this time I was talking about the person
who I admire the most, who I love the most in this world
And I dont know what I would do without him
He's my one and only loving father
I dont know why I deserve him
But I thank god for that because if not for him there is no point for
me to live in this world
My only wish is to be a talented,good person like him
And I promise you my father that I would make you proud of me one day.
