flailing arms as he leaps through the air, or just his general appearance - he has "Neo" inscribed on his
forehead for goodness sake! But in spite of all this wackiness, Neo comes off as one of the cutest game characters to ever grace the gaming screen - magnetic Neo may have what it takes to rival even electric Pikachu in that department.
